My build is a 572 CID, with 429 SCJ D00E-R cast iron cylinder heads and intake, stock 429 CJ cam. Compression is supposed to be in the 9.7, 9.8 range. It's in a 77 F250 2wd. Sounds like they used the wrong terminal for the wire size, or used the wrong crimper. Hopefully it's limited to the fuse holders.
