WebOct 24, 2024 · See invisibility is bugged, it only works if you cast it on the same screen as an invisible creature, so you are better of just using glitterdust on it with a chance to blind it on top. on later levels I supposed true seeing works (if nothing else you dont miss on mirror image.) also blind sense from dragon disciple definitely works. #5 WebIn D&D 5e, the description of hiding (PHB p177) says an invisible creature needs to stay quiet and otherwise avoid leaving signs of its passing, while the "invisible" condition (p291) says the creature's location can be determined by any noise it makes.

WebAug 24, 2004 · The best way to defeat True Seeing is by using non-magical means like Hide and Bluff skills. Those still work fine. The house rule I use is that the concealing effect needs to be higher spell level than the revealing effect for it to work. A Non-detection would defeat See Invisibility, but not True Seeing.
